As a whole-flat self-catering rental rather than a room in a shared building, it's structurally well-suited to a small dog: there are no communal corridors to negotiate, you have full control of the space, and the balcony is a useful contained outdoor spot for a dog to relax between walks.

The pet-friendly evidence here is thin but consistent. One traveller who stayed with a small dog described the apartment as lovely, brand new and very clean, with a stunning balcony overlooking the river, and confirmed that the host welcomes small dogs. They said they would happily stay again.
