The van is bigger than most expect, with an ensuite bath and shower room and a walk-in closet, and it consistently arrives spotless, down to the cutlery and the mattress toppers. Dogs are accepted on the park's standard terms and the charge sits on top of the nightly rate, as the policy notes below set out. There is water beside the park with ducks on it, which is charming and worth a thought if your dog is inclined to chase birds.

The shortcomings are all small and none of them concern the dog. The sofa bed is thinly padded and uncomfortable to sit on for long, the pillows and quilts are basic, a corridor light and a shower head have not worked reliably, and the television setup has been left incomplete, with boxes but no cables. Against that, when the boiler failed during a stay the maintenance team fixed it within half an hour, which says something useful about how the park is run.

It suits a family or couple who want a quiet, walkable base near the beach and a safe outdoor spot for the dog, and who care more about space and cleanliness than about furnishings.
